This is the event that I've been training for & focusing on for the last 2 weeks. I'm also excited that I got to wear my Waterloo Track Club gear for the 1st time! Check out the video below.

Here's my analysis of my race:
great job running 2 meters .it helps to maintain fitness ,if are worry about fitness then try to run at least 1 km daily .but if you are busy then take time in holiday for running.
