In this Section, I will feature celebrities that have lost
weight the same way (or similar) as me.
I say "similar" because most celebrities don’t go into the detail of “how they
did it” like I’m trying to do on this blog.
The 1st one I’ll feature is Alec Baldwin. He’s the guy in the Capital One Credit Card
commercials, among other TV roles (30 Rock, etc.). He lost 30 pounds in 4 months (which is what
I did).
